Our Mission Statement

"The OCE is dedicated to organizing a high quality pop culture event on the Olympic Peninsula. Comics, gaming, art, cosplay are all available for fans of the imaginative."

Our Story

Our First Olympic Collectible Expo started at the Boy Scout Hall on October 2014.  Our goal was to give our Kitsap Community a quality comic and toy expo for people to network and find hidden treasures in the world of geek pop-culture.    Our first show yielded a very small crowd people but we knew had to start somewhere.  We formed a core committee and learned from our mistakes and gave it another try in March 2015.  We gathered more local vendors and artists and we saw a crowd of over 100 people.  We held our third show on October 2015 in the face of a heavy rainstorm and still had a great crowd of 100 people come to our expo.  Our fourth on March 2016 again yielded a steady crowd of 100 people.

How will we do on October 1st, 2016 at a bigger venue?

Come and experience the OCE and meet our team members and local artists and vendors.

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide the Kitsap Community with an networking event for all persons interested in all aspects of geek pop-culture whether its comics, cards, toys, artwork, cosplay, gaming, etc.  We are not just a rummage sale but an event committed to providing an excellent environment for everyone to buy and sell items, exchange ideas, share interests, and enjoy being around fellow comic book, toy, gaming and artwork fans.  The OCE is a small event compared to major comic conventions (i.e. Portland Wizard World and Emerald City Comicon) but it provides a great starting opportunity for artists, vendors, and people who may want learn about comic book conventions without dealing with large crowds and expensive registration fees.
